BOOYAH?! Brick. Fireplace. Picture window. Beadboard dining room. -- 9161 Lakepointe is a 3 bed/2 bath two-story with one of the best-looking fronts on the block and enough character inside to make it worth every bit of the work it needs. Full basement with a bathroom is a bonus most buyers at this price don't get, and the sliding door off the back opens up real outdoor potential -- the buyer who moves first could win this one.
