Great location and plenty of potential! This two bedroom, one bath home sits on a corner lot in a desirable east side neighborhood. This home has wonderful original character, including high ceilings, leaded-glass transom windows, and wide baseboards and trim that can only be found in an older home. In addition, you'll find newer flooring and carpeting, a comfortable layout, and an enclosed front porch that could be finished for additional living space. The property also features a fence yard and one car garage. There's room for your personal touches and a few improvements but at this price and in this neighborhood, it's definitely worth seeing in person!
